Most serum you will see 20% vitamin C but 25% is a lot. I use a 20% vitamin serum and it does good, Vitamin C for the skin is good for repairing damages and wrinkles. Yes it has anti-aging properties. If you suntan too much or have sunspots, dry, itchy skin. I use a 20% and it gives me a glow on my face :). I have not tested this one but I will soon. I heard a lot of great reviews about it so I will get one myself. Sharing it too!
