I don't think so... The card says available in the US, Canada, Mexico, & Puerto Rico. I've never used one myself, so I don't know much about them - they sometimes come in the Xbox 360 games I buy.

You need a silver membership then:
Sign in to Xbox LIVE from the Xbox 360 Dashboard
Select Xbox LIVE Marketplace
Select Redeem Code when prompted, enter your code, and enjoy!

No mention of xbox.com - if anyone else knows for sure, please post!!
