I have a very cute watch I wore maybe a few times then its just been sitting. The band is made out of a very soft rubber. The back is stainless steel. Made by Bugle Boy. The face changes colors with your mood.It also has a little circle that turns stars as your second hand. Works like new! The watch measures 8 1/2 inches from end to end.

No it does not have a second hand just the minute the hour and the stars are the second hand.
