William Jennings Bryan (1860-1925) was a leading American politician in the populist wing of the Democratic Party. He was the Democratic Party candidate for President in 1896, 1900 and 1908. This is his account of his first Presidential campaign which at the young age of 36, was his first of three.

Also contains biography of William Jennings Bryan as written by his wife, Mary Baird Bryan, and the text of many of his speeches.
