The listing, Old Transistor Radio with Clock and Alarm has ended.
This transistor radio and alarm clock is at least 60 years old.
I couldn't get the radio to work but maybe someone out there knows how to clean up the battery compartment.
The clock is a wind-up with an alarm and it does work.
The case clasp closes perfectly.
There is also a small pamphlet that was still with it that shows a schematic. It takes penlight batteries (915)
The name says Sloan on it. This was my father-in-laws and I believe he bought it in Japan during WWII.
Really cool item in good shape.
Will ship in small flat rate box for $5.30
