This is not going to work. It is just for the Dell that is installed with this and you will need the key to keep it working on the dell. So take this down and return the credits.
It can not be used on another computer.

because it will not work without the product key, so you will have to pay for the product key anyway. this is a total scam people. your better off buying a new one if you have to pay for the product key.

This disc is for someone who already has a product key with their computer who might have lost their disc. Is that too hard to understand.

yes but that product key is only for what the computer is already programmed for. if they are wanting to upgrade to windows 8 with this disc it cant be done, you need to clarify that for them. they will have to have a product key for the windows 8.

so you cant use just any computer, it has to be one that already has the windows 8.1 on it. you need to clear that up for these people. because if they have anything else it wont work without the product key.

No maam. You can format and install this on any computer as long as you have a valid 8.1 product key. I am a certified dell tech and have been working on computers probably longer than you have been alive.
