They are about an inch long. Kind of rough the first time u put it in cause its so different compared to a normal ball. I have a blue one that i wear and i love it!

They are about 1 inch long. Kind of rough feeling. I have a blue one that i use and i love it. It doesnt cut the roof of my mouth like most metal ones
