Here are over 300 yugioh cards. some are heavily played with and have a lot of wear, some are in ok/good shape. none are new! i know little about these, my daughter traded these for pokemon cards.

It is probably one of the better condition ones, but it is by no means in new shape. edge wear from NOT being stored in a binder. I'm not really familiar with card grading sorry.
