All my listings are in accordance to listia rules, used underwear are not permitted to be sold, I buy large quantities direct from whosaler and list them here, I have had no complaints by the purchasers

Maybe the picture is also confusing people because if that is a picture of the actual pair someone is wearing them. If it's a picture from a tag or the internet you should maybe specify.

The picture was provided by the manufacturer, I started using them as I thought it gave a better indication of what they actually look like? And as I said NWOT in description, some come with tags on them some don't, i buy them directly from manufacturer in China who probably made the pair you're wearing now

Maybe in the original description should mention the picture is the stock photo. That's probably what's confusing people. Good luck with the auctions
