Description: Japanese lacquerware is famous for its aesthetic and lustrous shine. The asian bird is vivid in color and provides a gorgeous base to your Cast Iron Teapot set. This tea tray will hold a large tea set and features black sides with a red, wood grain bottom (on the inside). Tray is 18.5 inches by 14.5 inches with 2 inch high sides. Sides also have handles for carrying the tray.
Before the new UPDATE feature Listia instituted in August, we would leave a spot to reply to, so that the comment would always show up to update auction. I forgot about it and we don't need to reserve that spot to always be on top anymore. Good question though. hope that clarifies it. >^-^<
Do you have anymore Asian things that you are willing to give away? It's my boyfriend's and I 6 months together in a couple weeks and he loves this kind of things.
I do have more asian items. A few silk embroidered/airbrush art paintings. I think I'll put one up, to test the waters. I aIso have 2 more Trays. Not as high end as this one, but someone would probably like them. This Tray is definitely is my favorite.
I have a Large Asian (Japanese to be exact) VASE worth around($450) in the day, sitting inside it's original box with the price still on it. Maybe, just maybe I'll think of putting it up. I want people to first to see that I've got really cool items and keep coming back.
