Any advice for streching cartilage? Honestly it hurts I finally made it to a 16 but it wasn't pretty how can I make the next size a bit easier? I've waited about three months and it's still tender how long does it take to heal?

Is it healing good? Cartilage does take longer to heal. What have u been cleaning it with? Make sure u are doing salt water and use a antibacterial soap. For my ears what I did was I would always twist my taper, I was able to put a bigger size in with the help of coconut oil and a hot shower, the hot water and steam loosen UR skin.
