Unfortunetly War often is the answer, especially if your the more powerful nation and just the threat of war can keep the peace.

War could be the answer if you are being attack in your own land. You and your country have the right to defend yourself. You don't have the right to attack or invade a country that is not attacking you. The Nuremberg principles say that the supreme international crime is a war of aggression. With historical facts you can see that those powerful nations are the most warmongers. The threat of being persecuted in a world court using international law should be enough reason to keep the peace. Leaders of all nations should be held accountable when they violate our own law and international law.
