The peppers that these seeds came from are absolutely HUGE! They are SO easy to grow, strong and hardy. Why plant from small or regular size when you can have JUMBO green peppers?

I love peppers for so many dishes... they're great with eggs, sauteed with onions for just about any dish - love them with liver, sausage, chicken, beef, pork or even fish... wonderful raw in salads.

When I have more than I can use for the moment, I slice them up and freeze them -and they freeze wonderfully just in a ziplock. They are a wonderful addition to so many dishes.

Hey have you ever tryed Fry up potatos and peppers and onoin drain oil then mix up eggs for scrambling and pour then in the pan and mix up let eggs get done and a good meal for everyone
