Sedum sarmentosum - Gold Moss: Stringy Stonecrop, Star Sedum, Graveyard Moss. Hardy. Prostrate plant with long creeping stems, sporting light-green fleshy leaves. Yellow star like blooms in spring and early summer. Trailing habit makes a nice hanging basket or good ground cover.

Sedum Info:
Sedum like well-drained, porous soil. Addition of grit or sharp sand will help porosity & drainage. Many varieties propagate by simply spreading leaves on the soil surface. To ensure division, remove top 2" of plant tips and strip lower leaves form bottom of stem. Plant in well-drained soil mix and water after 2-3 days. Do not over water! New plants should be well established after 5-6 weeks. Fertilize with a low-nitrogen fertilizer 1-2 times during growing season.
