It comes with a charger and you can get contract or prepaid with US Cellular. Their prepaid best plan is 45 dollars a month i believe it is and it is unlimited everything, This phone was contract phone but you can use if for prepaid, i switched to an android phone is why i am not using this one. Its face is similar to the blackberry which is why i liked this one so much. I hope this answered some of your questions. I may have the box that this came in also.
