Pardon me but in the 5th picture,the one their showing looking burgandy in color i can clearly see at least 3 nicks out of the side nicks , scuffs wear or whatever the proper term is is that fixable anyone ? and to seller is that the only 3 scuffs they have ? ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, p,s, zipper doesn't go all way up assume for comfort fit but top looks extremely big are these meant that the top is a flap and supposed to be folded down in front simliar to turning down a shirt collar ?
