Three fantastic FDCs and notice the color of the TRACTOR TRAILER stamps (greenish) and now notice the color of the cachet image to the left! It matches, nice!!!
GET IT NOW (GIN) and you will win instantly for 6,000 credits before someone else does!

Fabulous image of old time 1930s tractor trailer, Artcraft design, Transportation Series 1994

Nice old tractor trailer photo Official First Day of Issue one truck in motion, you can see the dust flying from the tires, carrying something like huge metal tubing (?)

I cannot figure out why postmarked SECAUCUS, NJ. Usually the postmark has something to do with the stamp.

One FDC, 3 TRACTOR TRAILER stamps, attached to each other, triple COIL

2nd FDC has FIVE coiled attached stamps
3rd has one plus Bambi, I mean, baby fawn deer stamp! : )

My auctions end Saturday & Sunday
6:00 - 7:00 PM west coast time unless GINed sooner.

Winner receives all in 1st photo. Others are close up, back side, different angles etc.

Hello, a FDC is an envelope bearing a postage stamp (or a series of stamps) that has been cancelled by the post office on the first day of issue of that particular stamp. Basically, it’s the cancellation date and how it relates to the stamp that makes a FDC different from a regular cover. Generally, the words «First Day of Issue» are also been stamped on the envelope by the post office.

Thank you so much!
