I only ship within the US and it's free. It does not happen often, but due to health issues (chronic back pains), I may take a little over 7 days. It really does not happen often at all. You can check my feedbacks and rest assure that you will get your item in a timely manner. If anything does come up, I will always keep you updated and informed. I normally go to the PO at least once a week, but there are times where I go multiple times. Again, I will keep you updated on when your item goes out. Please do not ask me to ship to Canada or overseas.
