Could you add a picture of the back? The orientation of the nexus logo will help us tell apart 2012-2013 versions.

As far as functions like a computer, I can't say it will do everything your laptop does , its a tablet and more people are using them now to do what their computers did, as far as that goes I can do alot of what i did from computer on my phone.

Hi , it does not use a SIM card, it has the same kind of port that most cell phones have for charger. Etc... You can research the item more fully on the internet for any other questions that I'm not able to awnswer, I purchased this from a company that buys returned merchandise, it was returned with a cracked screen, I purchased the screen on ebay and replaced it then listed here, I can verify it is working and I pulled up listia account and took screen shot of the apple tv I also have listed , the day and time is also present of when I listed this , from what i have seen of other listings thats alot further than others have gone to assure you it works. Does this use a sim card and does it have USB ports for external devices to connect? I have never used one and I know nothing about it. I tried accessing my email through my phone and it was terrible.I could view and being limited upset me too. So does this allow you to do everything like reply to emails and all input same as a computer.? I have had android phones is this basically the same but different in size ? THANK YOU

It is a tablet, yes it has a camera and connects to the internet, it is an android like the android phones, id suggest googling this item and that will familiarize you with this item and it's capabilities better than I can , also you can look at what it retails for on ebay, thanks.

I'm afraid my iPhone camera isn't the greatest but if you notice in pictures of tablet it shows my listia auction of the apple tv i have Running now, also shown was today's date, item performs perfect, it is a used item that was refurbished.
