The listing, HONORA BRAND FRESHWATER PEARL NECKLACE has ended.

I created this 20 (twenty) inch necklace from HONORA brand freshwater pearls with yellow 14 kt gold filled focal point beads. This necklace was strung on stretch cord due to numerous requests for my Listia friends with arthritis and other types of hand joint problems. I had a joint replacement in my right hand and so I totally understand the pain when one tries to open a small clasp. Honora brand pearls are world renown for their extreme beauty and luster. They are also very expensive. A simple 18 inch strand of these gorgeous pearls usually costs about $100.00. I am a pearl fanatic and I wanted to offer you the beauty of a lovely necklace that will not hurt your hands to put on or take off. Take care of you and be well.

Thank you. I believe this style of pearl is called "baroque". This means they are free formed and not forced into a particular shape. I call them "spud" shaped because they look like a potato. Lol.
