Oh lol that's way too cheap! If you were to do a gin, I was thinking 10,000 or 12,000.
To set a gin you would have to do it before someone bids. You would click EDIT and there should be a option to add a GIN set price somewhere on the page near where you would set a start bid.
Unfortunately I had not noticed before but your a new member. New members can not offer a gin until they have received their sellers wings. To get your wings you must complete a few tasks like list 5 auctions that all end with positive feedback, be a active member (sign in daily) for so many days, etc

You placed the start bid at 1195, which means when someone bids they have to bid a minimum amount of 1195. So when the auction ends you will receive AT least 1195, or more depending on how many people bid and what they bid.

No do not lower the start bid. I think the start bid is very reasonable. The start bid is just the "lowest amount" someone can bid. then others can keep bidding and raising the amount. The GIN is like a buy it now option, say you have a gin of 10,000... than I can pay the 10,000 and end the auction just automatically win.
Listia is pretty easy to catch on to, most of it is self explanatory.. however the way the bidding system works is a bit confusing at 1st to get a hang of, but once u figure it out, it's simple! If u need any advice or want help on something feel free to message me! I'm always willing to help a new member, when I first started no one told me anything lol, I was so confused. So I'm always willing to help other's!!

Don't worry about no one bidding. Many people wait til the end of the auction to bid. And many people when searching --only search for items that end soon, so they bid towards the end too. Leave your start bid as it is. Bc even if only one person bids--you will get at least the amount of your starting bid. Tho I'm sure more people will bid, they'll just wait til the last day and the last few minutes of the auction to bid
