Tulle is a netting like fabric. I've seen it used under poufy dresses or in bridal work like vintage veils or hats. I however, used it to crochet kitchen Scrubbies with. Haha u could use it for kids crafts though or scrapbooking or anything really. Thanks for asking! :) - Kate
