This is a cover that you put over your broom,it is made like ones I have seen for vacuum cleaners.This has a cute pony with blue mane,blue saddle and bridle,blue ribbon tail with a white pom-pom at the end.Black button eyes and clear buttons holding the legs on,which do move.And a blue ribbon tied around each leg.The handle that covers the broom handle is of the same white with grey flowers.The skirt that covers the broom itself is made with alternating white then blue and hemmed in a wide white lace.
He is new ,I opened the bag to take him out so I could take pics.And I have replaced him in the bag and taped it shut.
This is really cute and serves a purpose at the same time.
