This is a new unopened hair cutting kit by Wahl. It's plug in, not rechargeable as far as I know. I have another Wahl clipper which I love, but I couldn't find a case, so I thought I'd buy one with a case, then decided after it came, that that is ridiculous. I'll get a case of some kind from the container store.

This is highly rate with 4.5 stars from 44 reviewers on Amazon. What is innovative here is the color coded combs which are colored according to comb size a nice new feature from Wahl.

Absolutely, it's the way to go. Also I think Wahl is the biggest name and best reviewed hair clippers. I think they last forever too if you oil per their directions and provided oil.
