Have a dog that weighs about 3 lbs, would they possibly fit her?

Yes, that weight would be perfect. I think after 5 lbs. it goes to size small. Mine weighs 3.5 lbs. and they fit her she just won't wear them

To be truthfull it might fit a little to big . I mean xsmall is supposed to fit probably two to four pounds but probably will be loose. My chihuhua is about 3.5 and they fit perfectly. It's more up to you. But these are made to fit our xtra little ones. I don't know if this helps
