This is a new sealed brother LX-570 cold laminator. I have the larger version and it works OK. It works better if you double laminate things, running it through the machine twice. I'll throw in two new cartridges too.

Mind you this is a half size machine, good for laminating your voter registration, your Social Security, and maybe your health insurance cards. It's good of course for photos too and you can buy film which has magnetic or sticky back for making refrigerator magnets or stickers. If left in the heat, the edges can get a tiny bit sticky over time.
