No problems that I know of it is new never used brought it for my daughter she opened it and then said she wanted some thing else

My Mom had something similar to this when I was small ... I think this is for all hair types, you just sit under it like you do at the beauty parlor. It's not hand-held like most hair dryers now days. Hope this helps. Watching, bidding, and fanned.
