This is for a red one of the exact pieces shown in the picture, or a solid steel tip. I was a piercer for more than a decade and a half and have about 1800 pieces left. I have too many types and sizes to name them all, but if you tell me what you want or are looking for, and I don't already have it listed, I may be able to create another listing just for you. Most of my inventory is 14 gauge surgical stainless steel and every piece is new and unused. Feel free to ask questions!

these are 18g and generally 14g is too big for a nostril
