You go to the auction page and near top should be a area to edit the auction asuming no bids are placed you can do this once in the new page that loads from the edit button you clicked near the bottum should be a area right bellow were your start bid is should be a check box with somethi g like "allow buyers to use GIN" make sure thats checked then a new box will open up you can now enter a GIN(Get it Now) amount do so then save your changes

once you are back at 90% or higher you should get sellers wings back, I went and read the feedbacks and im sorry to hear of your loss, I have gone through that and I hope you didn't lose anyone in the fire like we did
