This is a gorgeous Women's blouse. It is a Nino Wong California brand. It doesn't have any tags showing the size. However, it fits a size Extra Large. I have included measurements below so look at them closely. The blouse buttons up the front with four unusual colorful long plastic buttons (see in pictures) It is black with splashes of color and design. Hem is straight across and there is one pocket at the bottom on the left side. Pocket is blue and yellow.

It is a polyester material. It has shoulder pads but they can easily be removed is wished. Measurements were taken laying lat and measuring one side. They are:
