Then you probably should have started the bid out at 10,000. Pretty sure that is a violation of Listia terms of service to refuse to send what someone legitimately won.

Ah okay. Well if I'm the winner at 5,000 and you cancel I won't be upset but the terms of service to explicitly state: "The posting or listing of items without the intention of giving them away when requested is expressly prohibited..."

See I wanted to put it at 10000 but it was like can't do more than 5000 starting I wanted at least 10000 out of it
