Do they run on the small size or true to size

Hi Iris, I would say it runs on the small side only because it is chiffon material which has no stretch on the top part but is elastic around the waist. For example I am 5'6 34dd 130ish lbs and wear the medium and it's only a little snug on the chest. Think about your own measurements in comparison.
