real nice,real fancy mens neckles is all steal,with a small piece of black steal cable in the center.its a modern type neckless with a lobster claw.it does need shinning up,(been put away for 2 years.the piece is 3 yrs old .on the back the is 4 small screws which lets you in the area where the cable is.you can have the cable changed with a nother color cable.good luck.THE CHAIN IS.18'' LONG.

yes,it is;1'' long,ad almost a .5'' wide.(half inch).its not very heavey at all.
