Felix the Cat rubber toy/pin. 1989. Good condition overall. Worn spot on nose (can see in pic). May have been a white spot for a reflection in the cartoon (off his nose). However, I cannot find another to compare to, and I cannot tell. Looks like a paint spot, and intentional though.
