The listing, 1966 Batman Comic Book "Detective Comics" #352 (June 1966) From DC National Comics (Fine+ Condition) has ended.
Batman fans rejoice! Here is a really awesome flashback comic book for those of you who grew up in the 60's when the TV show was on! This is classic Bob Kane! Not your 80's Frank Miller. The comic is in pretty darn good condition considering it's a few months short of 50 years old! I am not a professional appraiser of comic books but, I would grade this issue as being in a mid grade of Fine (FN). The staples are not discolored. The cover is tight though there is just a wee bit of separation around the staples. The pages are off white. The centerfold is in tact. The spine is rolled. There is a little bit of reflectivity on the cover in some spots. The edges are a little roughed up and the corners are blunted. I'm not sure if the two page pin up is still inside. I did a cursory glance through the book and did not see it. But, considering all of that, it is still an above average grade of comic in my estimation...especially for being a 1966 original printing! There is a little musty smell to the book but, that's to be expected right? :) BTW, I am not a professional grader of comic books. I have, however, graded this comic honestly and to the best of my ability while usin modern, comic book grading standards as a template. So, if you have any questions or comments, do not hesitate to ask or to post! Thanks so much for looking!
