Adobe Photoshop Elements 4 was released in 2005, and so has fewer system requirements than versions released later. This makes the application ideal for users who are not running up-to-date systems, or who want to install a graphics editing program on an older machine. While better system specifications--such as a newer video card or monitor capable of displaying more colors--will result in an overall better experience, Photoshop Elements 4 has relatively meager requirements.
Operating System
Photoshop Elements 4 will run on either Windows PCs running Windows XP or later, or Mac OS X systems running version 10.5 or earlier. Photoshop Elements 4 will not run on Intel-powered Mac systems running 10.6 (Snow Leopard) or later due to the new system architecture introduced in Snow Leopard.
RAM
Both Windows and Mac systems should have at least 256 megabytes (MB) of RAM (Random Access Memory) installed, though 512 MB is recommended for better performance.
Hard Disk Space
Windows PCs should have at least 900 MB of hard drive space available for the Photoshop Elements 4 installation. Mac computers will need at least 750 MB available. The amount is different due to the different executable files used to operate Photoshop Elements in the two types of systems.
CD-ROM
Photoshop Elements 4 is only available on CD, and so both Mac and Windows PCs must have a CD-ROM drive to read the installation CD. Once the CD has been installed, a CD-ROM drive is no longer necessary, so the user may install Photoshop Elements 4 with a removable external CD-ROM drive if preferred.
Resolution
The computer should have a minimum screen resolution of at least 1024 pixels by 768 pixels (noted as 1024x768 in the computer). This will ensure that the entire Photoshop Elements 4 workspace is visible.

No, sorry I don't have that. It has the DVD type hard case and the cd itself. That is it. Sorry. :(

I'm gonna have to say.........Pffffffffffffft........don't know.......wish I could tell ya. I just know that I ran it on my mac mini which right now is running on OS 10.4.11 and I now have Elements 6. So, this one is now waiting to go to a new home. Will you adopt it? :)
