Does it use a Sims card? Sorry for asking so many questions, but I bought a used phone from someone and they took Sims card out and now the phone is useless. That's why I'm asking because I couldn't get it activated without the Sims card. My daughters old Att phone has a Sims card in it, but she couldn't use it on the one I bought. She took it to the Att store and they told her it couldn't be activated. Now I'm out of $40 and the phone is only valued at a $1.00. Lesson well learned. You can't trust everybody, because they told me it could be activated and now they won't communicate with me. Ignored my messages on fb and all my phone calls.

Is this prepaid or a contract phone? My daughter needs one and she is on Att prepaid plan. That's why I was asking. Nice phone. Looked for the description of the blue one you said you had listed before, but I couldn't find it. I wanted to see more info on the phone, but it wasn't listed in the feedback ratings of things you listed before, nor did I see it in your listed auctions. I'll check again. I may have overlooked it. FW&B!
