Double Clasp file folders. They measure 9-1/2" across closed, with the front being 11-1/4" long and the back part is 12-1/4"long.
These were given to me from the school, so I’m not completely sure, but I believe these are new because the clasps do not look bent, and there is no noticeable marks on them.
