No it doesn't come with that at all, I suppose you use the lid for that. This was my mothers & I don't really use it. Thank you for asking. God Bless!

nice auction, could you measure the opening of the tea pot for me, I am using some old tea pots for flowers so it would be helpful if you could do that for me....watching for sure.

The small hole is 1 inch, and the bigger hole is about 2& 1 and half.
