so is it true to size,a little loose or a little tight?

I'm sorry but I don't know. This was my niece's and she gave it to my daughter when she outgrew it. But my daughter has never worn it so I don't really know how it fits. I measured the length and it's 16" from the green part of the bodice and about 19" if you measure from the top of the straps. It measures about 9.5" across. I hope this helps!
