All i hav is the info that i stated in the description box, which i got off of the papers that u see in the pict that came with the ring. genuine sapphire,( diamond accents- looks like diamonds & solitaire to my knowlwdge means not real) .

Cubic Zirconia means not real, solitaire means that it's only the one stone there's not more than one sapphire on the ring... Since it's genuine sapphire it means the sapphire is real, but the diamonds are not
