Here are 5 patterns from Simplicity and McCalls for any 18" doll such as American Girl. Includes clothes, shoes and accessories. All are cut but are complete with pieces and instructions. Please read all description. One exception is Simplicity 4786 is pattern piece B so I included a pattern piece D from Simplicity 5733 which is also for 18" doll but was missing most of its pieces. So you have complete patterns in 4 but one is completed with a new pair of pants that will fit in fine with the outfit. I will send pattern envelope and instructions from that pattern piece so there is no misunderstandings.

Simplicity 5276 - Complete
Simplicity 4364 - Complete
McCalls 3469 - Complete

Simplicity 4786 - Missing pieces 3&4 (front & back) which is for B, a pair of pants, so replaced them with simplicity 5733 piece 6 (front & back), which is for D, also a pair of cute pants.
