Yes, it does work, I used it for school for a few days, but was scared I would lose it. It is 1.86GB.

Yes, I used it on my HP Mini. I like the fact that it folds, meaning it can either stick straight out like a traditional USB, or it can fold up or down, so it doesn't stick out the side as much.
