The listing, NWOT Old Navy Sz 12 Tan Cargo Skirt has ended.

I won this on here for my daughter, but it didn't fit. So, I am putting it back up for someone else to try! She has lost weight, but gained a little back.. I am using the original seller's pictures (with permission). It is an adorable skirt. According to the original seller, never worn, only tried on.

I would say probably at or below knees for 5'3". It's 19" top to bottom in front, 20" top to bottom in back. Thanks for the question!

It looks pretty true to size, but it does have stretch.
