Here is a HP 2000, works fine but is running very very slow and I have no idea how to fix the issue and really don't want too as I am getting a new computer next week yaaaa. Lol I have no idea on the specs but the serial number is in the pics so you will have to look it up, now the only thing wrong with it is a few of the keys on the left DO NOT WORK, but I have a keyboard ( last pic) I will send along that I have been using with it , battery is perfect has original cord, camera and dvd works perfect , if there are any questions please ask. I will answer to the best of my ability, I won't do a gin, or lower the days . I will set it back to factory as soon as I figure out how. Ty and happy bidding. Ps. It has just a few light scratches and 2 slightly deeper in the pics

All u have to do is when you turn it on is push f12 or f10 and it will take u to factory reset if is not In your control panel u have to do it before it boots up I hope I get this my kids broke mine

i own 2 of these they are great computers if you are an expert or a beginner and i know exactly whats wrong with it i just had the same problems with the one im on i just got it like a week ago and today i sat down at 2pm and by 9pm it was like a brand new computer out of the box. but your keyboard problems are a little harder to fix cause you have to order the part but i want this for parts.but i dont know if i will wait to try and get it or just buy a tablet but i will for sure be watching!

Ram is random access memory its used when you open programs when there isn't enough it runs really slow and you can buy ram to put in it and you want at least 4 gigs if the operating system is a 64 bit and you want 8 gigs if you're into computer gaming

I bought the computer NEW and it has never been altered so the specs for this model number would be accurate, and as I said I'm working a lot I take care of a lady in her home, and I am gonna be here for days until my relief gets un contagious, and can return. When I do finally get home I'm gonna sleep for 2 days lol.

Can you turn it on, click the start menu.... Scroll to Computer or My Computer, right click and go to properties. Take a pic of that screen, that will be specs for OS, ram, processor etc. Then, of you left click on My Computer, take a picture of the c:\ drive, that will give us hard drive size.

Some one was nice to help me out and put a link to get the specs on it so if you look in the comments you will see it, I work a lot and unfortunately am spending my days off working cause someone got sick, so I won't have time, also the serial numbers and model number is in the pics.
