This is for a 1 1/2" by 1 1/2" silver cat pin. It is in good condition, though it could use a cleaning.

is this sterling silver or silver tone?

Was told when it was given to me that it is sterling silver. I also didn't break out in a rash when my skin came into contact with it, which I do when I come in contact with nickel, so I believe it is sterling silver.
