95% cotton 5% spandex. It's not short like it looks in the picture. I took a hanger and put it in the shirt to show the sides which made it appear short. It comes down past the waistline. If I can find my tape measure I will measure the length if you'd like?

It does fit true to size though and can fit bust size C-DDD because it's got stretch to it.
