the ring is approx. a size 8-1/4 or if that is not your size it can be free size which means you can try to fit it on to any fingers top or bottom or toe where it will fit

it is not adjustable, it is size 8-1/4 and depending on the size of your toe it may be able to fit there - free size is more that you put it on any finger it fits on top or bottom which is the style now - hope I explained this well enough :)
