These were purchased specifically for this auction. They don't have a pretty picture but they really are FOREVER STAMPS to use on your outgoing mail.
Sorry I will not do GIN and will not ship out of the United States. If you do not have a verified address through LISTIA, do not bid. I will not send them to you but will relist them in another auction.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I will be shipping out the day after the auction is over with a tracking number. The postal clerk here told me that tracking numbers are free now on mail. That would be nice if someone could verify that for me. Either way, it will come with tracking number.
