AUTHENTIC DEER ANTLER is NATURAL. AUTHENTIC ARROWHEAD FROM N.C. INDIAN TRADING POST SITE FROM 1800'S FOUND OVER 40 YEARS AGO, AND AUTHENTIC DEER SINEW. The deer sinew is heated over a flame in order to hold the arrowhead in place. This sinew is not a synthetic.

I personally know that this PIECE WAS HANDMADE BY A NAVAJO INDIAN WIFE. Very RARE to have such a nice piece of history. This knife measures 7 1/8" in total length. 4 1/8" of DEER ANTLER showing, 1 1/2" total ARROWHEAD EXPOSED, and there is 11/2" of SINEW
